A typical TRX class lasts approximately 50 minutes, providing the ideal amount of time for strength training, stability exercises, and a comprehensive functional full-body workout.

TRX activates almost every major muscle group in the body, with particular emphasis on the core, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and legs. Every exercise requires continuous engagement of the stabilizing muscles, delivering an effective and challenging full-body workout.
