Cross Training is a dynamic, high-intensity group workout that combines functional movements, bodyweight exercises, and equipment-based training. Its goal is to improve your overall fitness, strength, endurance, speed, agility, and mobility through every workout.

 

At ICON Fitness Chalandri, our trainers guide you through every stage of the class, placing strong emphasis on proper technique and the safe execution of every exercise. Workouts are adapted to your fitness level, allowing you to progress with confidence whether you are just starting your fitness journey or already have training experience.

Cross Training strengthens your entire body, increases muscular and cardiovascular endurance, improves speed, power, and coordination, while also promoting a high calorie burn. It is a comprehensive workout designed to help you achieve results, regardless of your current fitness level.

The program includes a combination of running, rowing, cycling, bodyweight exercises, and strength exercises using external resistance. The alternating mix of strength training and cardio makes every class unique, challenging, and full of energy.

To achieve consistent progress, it is recommended to attend 2–3 Cross Training sessions per week, combined with proper recovery and consistency in your training routine. With regular participation, you will improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

You do not need to bring your own equipment. At ICON Fitness Chalandri, you will find everything you need for the class. Simply wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, bring a water bottle, and get ready to give your best in every session.
