Since then, she has been working as an Indoor Cycling Instructor while participating in the SPINNING Continuing Education Workshops & Courses Seminars.

She is a physical education teacher. She has graduated from Athens University of Medicine and Pharmacy with specializations in Health and Wellness and in Skiing. At the same time, she has been trained in Personal and Group Training. In recent years she has been working with Pilates, where she has studied in Greece and abroad.

She is Studio Instructor & Personal Trainer. She has been a basketball player from a very young age. She then moved to London, where she worked intensively on the martial arts. Turning to Athens, she graduated from STUDIO ONE and became LES MILLS Certified Instructor. Her great passion is water sports, namely windsurf and SUP Surf, where the latter is ISA Certified Instructor. Her goal through team and personal Training is to transmit positive energy and to provide health and wellbeing both in the body and in the psychology of the trainees.

Anta is a yoga trainer. She has gained the Yoga Teacher with 400-hour international certification with training in Athens and India. She teaches since 2010 Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and pregnancy yoga. Her mission is to inspire and encourage everyone to practice yoga. She believes in the countless benefits of this practice that can transform the trainee’s life and offer inner happiness. Her lessons combine the scientific approach of alignment for the right posture with breathing for the peace of mind. She has been practicing this practice as a lifestyle since 2003.
