Anta is a yoga trainer. She has gained the Yoga Teacher with 400-hour international certification with training in Athens and India. She teaches since 2010 Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and pregnancy yoga. Her mission is to inspire and encourage everyone to practice yoga. She believes in the countless benefits of this practice that can transform the trainee’s life and offer inner happiness. Her lessons combine the scientific approach of alignment for the right posture with breathing for the peace of mind. She has been practicing this practice as a lifestyle since 2003.
