Born in Athens but raised in Rhodes, where he started cycling with high potential (National Team Member, Greek Champion etc.). Rhodes is also the place where he was introduced to the fitness industry, in 2006. He is an ambassador of Greek Fitness – Indoor Cycling, both nationally and internationally, as a Master Instructor, Master Presenter, while he also gives public speeches on new technologies and training, in the field of Fitness – Indoor Cycling.
