A graduate of Physical Education & Sports (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). She continued enhancing her education through attending “Face” School of Thessaloniki, “American College Yoga Works 200hours and “Payanjali Yoga Foundation of India”. She is a holder of the “Studies in Education” (EAP) postgraduate title and of “Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates” και Clinical Pilates “HOMTD of Athens”.
