A graduate of in Health Unit Management & Welfare (TEI Athens). She has been a participant of the fitness industry for the last 15 years. She is a certified Spinning Instructor (STAR 3) since 2005, a Body Pump instructor (Les Mills company) and a holder of the Pilates Mat program’s certificate (BASI school).
