She took her first dancing steps at the Ballet and Modern Dance School of Patras, where she practiced traditional dances, modern, jazz, latin and classic ballet. Later on, she was awarded a number of diplomas: certificate contemporary based in Horton Technique, EXOE and IDTA. She continued her studies at Asters Dance Studios in Athens, the AF Studies private school (fitness aerobics degree) and Grafts Hellas school, accredited as Pilates instructor.
