A graduate of the Physical Education & Sports’ Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Tennis. She has worked as a Tennis instructor and has multiannual experience in the fields of fitness and personal training of athletes. She is always looking to broaden her knowledge through seminars in myo-peritoneal release therapy, fight bo, functional training, and also Tennis for disabled individuals.
